We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and enhance our online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and analyzing content across various social media platforms to engage audiences and drive brand awareness. You will collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop compelling campaigns and ensure consistent messaging. Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, and schedule them across platforms.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online conversations.
  • Social Media Strategy: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to grow engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, etc.), analyze data, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to optimize content strategies.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Paid Social Advertising (Preferred): Assist in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns for maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Experience in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust content strategy accordingly.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
