We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, content creation, social media, and performance tracking. Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products/services and drive customer engagement.
  • Content Creation & Management: Create compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and ad copies.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, and optimize engagement through organic and paid strategies.
  • SEO & SEM Optimization: Implement search engine optimization strategies and run paid advertising campaigns to improve visibility and lead generation.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and provide data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Experience in social media management and paid social campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Experience in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling for various digital channels.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with B2B and/or B2C marketing strategies, depending on the company’s focus.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate campaigns, partnerships, and events effectively.
