Ritz, a brand by Mondelez International, is a snacking brand first established in 1934 and is well known with its one-of-a-kind biscuit recipes that delights consumers with a melt in the mouth, delicious experience with each bite of its products. First established as a savoury expert, the brand has since expanded with biscuits that conquer every taste bud with new and delectable flavours and variants. Ritz Choco is one such variant launched to entice consumers with a sweet retreat !

With a primary agenda to set on a path to recruit a multitude of trialists for its newly launched variant Ritz Choco, the brand collaborated with Grivy to leverage the online-to-offline attributable campaign journey reaching consumers mobile-first to attract their attention at scale and pace and take them on a journey to purchase at mini-market chain, Alfamart. The data-acquisition prerequisite of offer redemption journey proved a doorway to a pool of first-party data profiles for the brand to nurture with future retargeting efforts.
